Return Policy

AirWise will accept returns of new and unused product up to 30 days after the initial purchase, starting from the day you receive the product. A request must be directly made to AirWise along with a proof of purchase, and once approved by AirWise a RMA number will be assigned and communicated to you with return instructions. Returns requested due to defects or manufacturer warranty claims must be approved by AirWise before they are returned for credit. Unless approved otherwise, shipping charges and accompanying arrangements must be made by the purchaser, not AirWise. Once products are returned to AirWise they will be inspected by a technician before credit will be issued. Drones, payloads, and accessories that have been flown or improperly handled will not be eligible for credit. Product being returned must be in a sellable condition and show no signs of wear or use. AirWise will notify you once the product has been returned, inspected, and the credit process has been initiated.
